You agree to use the application for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the application. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, uploading or sharing content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable, as well as engaging in activities that could damage, disable, or impair the application or interfere with any other user’s use of the application.

Realtor Videos reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the application at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued use of the application constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Realtor Videos does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

By using the Realtor Videos application, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Realtor Videos, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the application or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
