Use of Application

By accessing or using the Realtor Videos application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The platform is intended for users to access, upload, and share video content related to real estate.

All content made available through the application — including videos, images, text, code, and graphics — is owned by Realtor Videos or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from the rightful owner.

Acceptable Use Requirements

You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their experience of the platform.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Uploading, posting, or sharing content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Attempting to disrupt, disable, damage, or impair the application
Interfering with any other user’s access or use of the platform
Uploading content that violates privacy, copyright, or intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to remove or restrict content that violates these terms.

Modifications & Availability

Realtor Videos may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the application at any time without prior notice.
We may also revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Changes are effective immediately once posted, and continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

No Warranties – “As Is” Service

The application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

The application will be uninterrupted or error-free
Content will be secure, accurate, or available at all times
The platform will be free from viruses, malware, or harmful components

Use of the application is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realtor Videos is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the application, including:

Direct or indirect damages
Incidental or punitive damages
Loss of data, revenue, or profits
Inability to access, use, or rely on the application

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

By using the Realtor Videos application, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless:

Realtor Videos
Its affiliates
Officers, directors, employees, partners, and agents

from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the application, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights.

User Responsibility

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, do not use the Realtor Videos application.
Your access and continued use constitute your full and unconditional acceptance of all conditions listed above.
