Instant Conversions – Final Sale

For one-time video and media conversions, the transaction is complete once the file is generated and available for download. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for:

  • Formatting or layout discrepancies

  • Incorrect, broken, or inaccessible URLs provided by the user

  • Expectations regarding the look and feel of the final output

Subscription Plans – Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time; your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted only if:
(a) A verified technical failure prevents the Service from functioning and we are unable to resolve the issue, or
(b) An accidental subscription is reported within 14 days of purchase and no conversions or services have been used.

Refund Policy (14-Day Policy)

We follow Paddle’s 14-day refund policy, as outlined in Paddle’s Buyer Terms. This 14-day refund policy applies to all paid services and subscriptions purchased through HasheTools. This policy ensures you have adequate time to evaluate our services and request a refund if you are not satisfied.

Request Procedure
Email info@therealtorvideos.com with your account email, plan details, transaction ID, and a description of the issue. We review all refund requests within five business days.

Duplicate Charges & Failed Conversions (One-Time Use)

If you are charged twice for the same order or a system error prevents proper generation or download of your file, contact us within 3 calendar days with proof (URL, timestamp, receipt, and error description).
Valid claims will be refunded to the original payment method within five business days.

Dispute Resolution

Please contact us before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. We aim to resolve eligible issues promptly and fairly.
